1. Listing Fee – $0
- We do not charge upfront fees for listing your item.
- If it doesn’t sell, you don’t pay.
2. Commission on Sale – 25% of Final Selling Price
- Our standard 25% commission covers:
- Creating a professional listing with photos and descriptions.
- Managing inquiries, negotiations, and scheduling with buyers.
- Safe handling of payment and item handoff.
(Example: If an item sells for $200, you receive $150 and we keep $50.)
3. Platform & Payment Fees (If Applicable)
- We use multiple selling platforms to sell your item all of which are typically free, but if a buyer uses shipping with online checkout, We deduct a 5% fee to cover that.
- If this applies, the fee will be deducted from the final sale price before commission.
4. Additions Costs
- Item Pickup Service – [$0.75 cents per mile from our location].

- Sale Price: $200
- Milage Fee: ($.75 per mile for 14 miles): $10
